Motorcade reached PBI at 2:28 pm.
Spectators lined the streets on our way to the airport. Several Trump supporters cheered and waved with Trump flags.
Before boarding, Trump posed for pictures with Palm Beach County Sheriffs officers, chatted with them, and shook hands. They were assembled for the quick photo-op seconds before the president walked over.
This was our first POTUS sighting since the Key West trip on Thursday. He boarded at 2:35 pm after waving. Asked about his message to North Korea, Trump paused for a second on the stairs, turned to reporters, and said very good with a thumbs up.
He did not respond to any other shouted questions.
